  • Please read our Terms & Conditions for the full description of event rules. Pages 7 and 8 contain the Event Policies. In short, be friendly & respectful to all, & don't do anything illegal!

  • Check out our 2024 Tiltify page to create a campaign of your own! We'll also have cool stream graphics for you to make use of, which will be released in the coming weeks!

  • All tickets are sold online in advance. We will sell LAN seats / team passes at the door if there are any available.

  • Yes, attendees are allowed to bring outside food and beverages into the venue.
    Alcohol is strictly prohibited.

  • Send us an email at contact@gamersoutreach.org with the subject line “Sponsorship.”

  • We have a limited amount of electricity to dispense at the event. Each person gets a certain amount of power to ensure circuits aren't overloaded.

  • You are welcome to buy an additional seat in the LAN to accommodate your set-up and impress your LAN neighbors. Alternatively, Premium seats come with 4 electrical outlets.

  • Gamers for Giving is free for spectators and the press. Please register as a Spectator, or visit the check-in desk when you arrive, located at the venue entrance.

  • Gamers Outreach will be working with the George Gervin GameAbove Center to provide an on-site security force at the event.

    A full-time police department is staffed by the University, which patrols the venue & is equipped to respond to incidents.

    As well, we contract auxiliary security forces through an insured agency who will be present at the venue throughout the entirety of the event.

  • In the event of a technical issue, such as a power or internet outage, Gamers Outreach staff will make every effort to ensure affected tournaments take place online at a later date. Staff reserve the right to modify or cancel activities in the event postponement is not possible.

  • Press do not need any special credentials to access Gamers for Giving. If you would like to request interviews or need additional information, drop us a line via contact@gamersoutreach.org with the subject line “Press Inquiry.”

  • The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. We are focused on ensuring that all attendees and staff are aware and informed of COVID-19 protocol in advance. Please familiarize yourself with our Health & Safety Acknowledgement, which can be found on pages 12 & 13 of our Terms & Conditions.
