GFG 2025 Ticket Sale Dates, Pricing, & More!
We're excited to finally announce information regarding tickets for our highly anticipated Gamers For Giving 2025 LAN Party!
Gamers For Giving 2025 will once again be held on April 11-13 at Eastern Michigan University's George Gervin GameAbove (G3) Center.
- Members of The GRID, our monthly giving community, get first dibs at pre-sales! They can look forward to buying their pre-sale tickets on January 29, 2025 at 12PM ET.
- GFG 2024 Attendees can look forward to buying their pre-sale tickets on January 30, 2025 at 12PM ET.
- Legacy GFG Attendees will be able to buy pre-sales on January 31, 2025 at 12PM ET.
- General ticket sales begin on February 1, 2025 at 12PM ET.
Pricing
We're excited to announce the following price structure for the GFG 2025 LAN Party as well:
General Ticket ($45) - The General Ticket includes two power outlets, internet access, one chair, three feet of table space, and one raffle ticket.
Enhanced Ticket ($90) - The Enhanced Ticket includes everything from the General ticket, including nine more raffle tickets (for a total of 10), and Early Access to the Venue on Friday.
Premium Ticket ($300): The Premium ticket includes four power outlets, internet access, a chair, six feet of table space, 30 raffle tickets, Friday Venue Early Access, one GFG 2025 Hoodie, one GFG Mystery Box, snack cart, and one entry into our Premium-only raffle.
Private Suite ($3,500) -This ultimate experience can be for up to six friends and their gaming setups! The Private Suite includes 16-20 power outlets, six Gaming Chairs and tables, one dedicated network switch, 15 raffle tickets per person (6 people = 90 raffle tickets), Friday Venue Access, up to six GFG 2025 hoodies, snack cart, your own butler service, security oversight, Private Venue Entrance/Exit, guild banner hung about suite. Getting a private suite also includes the option of having six PCs and monitors ready at the suite upon arrival.
If you’re just going to enjoy the vibes, Spectator Passes are free. You can "buy" their free tickets when they're made available on the dates specified. The Seating chart, PC rentals, and merch details are still being finalized. We’ll post updates here, on Discord, the GFG blog, and the Gamers Outreach social channels as they become available.
Activities
As for tournaments and other activities, all the options attendees will have for are still pending. Still, attendees can look forward to the following making their return for GFG 2025:

- Community Contests such as Best PC & Best Camper
- LAN Raffle
- Live Production

Tournaments will take place throughout Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13 while judging for the Best Camper and Most Impressive PC Awards will take place on Saturday evening. Each gaming tournament will be awarded from a modest prize pool and/or a trophy for top finishing competitors.
Those who like to keep their event badges as commemorative items, this year you’ll have the option of adding your gamertag/handle to your badge!
Sunday Morning Breakfast
We’re thrilled to announce that IHOP is the official breakfast partner of GFG 2025!
LAN Party attendees will be able to purchase breakfast for Sunday morning to be delivered directly to their LAN seat!
Gamers For Giving 2025 Streamathon
Unable to head to Michigan for the GFG 2025 festivities? No problem! You can do your part and help fundraise by joining the online streaming marathon from the comfort of your home.
We've already begun inviting streamers, and more information on how to start your GFG 2025 campaign can be found on our website at https://gamersforgiving.org/info.
