Greetings GFG 2024 attendees! We’re just over a month away from this year’s LAN and are excited to present our venue schedule – plan out your weekend to make the most of your event experience. You can also find this info on the Schedule section of our Gamers for Giving website for easy future reference.

Friday, April 5, 2024

6:00 pm - Venue Doors Open for Enhanced, Premium, and Suite Ticket Holders Only.
6:00 pm - Early Check-In for Enhanced, Premium, Suite Ticket Holders, and Diamond Dust (Smash Ultimate) Tournament attendees begins.
6:00 pm - No tournaments will be held on Friday. Competitive events will take place on Saturday & Sunday.
11:00 pm - Check-in & Venue Doors Closed. Event attendees or guardians only

9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Tournament Check-In
11:00 am - Diamond Dust Tournament Begins (Smash Ultimate, SF6, Tekken 8)
12:00 pm - Tournament 1 - Counter-Strike 2 (5v5)
2:00 pm - Tournament 2 - Rocket League (3v3)
4:00 pm - Tournament 3 - StarCraft
6:00 pm - Tournament 4 - Halo Infinite FFA
8:00 pm - Casual Tournament 1 - Fall Guys Lobbies Open
10:00 pm - Most Impressive PC Award Judging
11:00 pm - Venue Doors Closed. Event attendees or guardians only

9:00 am - Venue Door Open

11:00 am - Best Camper Award (Judging takes place overnight)

12:00 pm - Casual Tournament 2 - Valorant 5v5

2:00 pm - Casual Tournament 3 - League of Legends ARAM 5v5

4:00 pm - Casual Tournament 4 - Hearthstone

9:00 pm - The LAN party will come to an end!

Tournament Registration

Gamers for Giving 2024 venue layout with TO desk highlighted next to the Sponsor Booths.

LAN attendees with Enhanced Tickets or Higher, along with Diamond Dust Tournament players, can start checking in from 6pm - 11pm on Friday, April 5. After 11pm, once we close the doors, no one will be allowed in unless they have a badge.

For any LAN ticket holders, registration for any of our headline or casual tournaments will be open at the Tournament Operator (TO) desk, beside the Gamers Outreach and Sponsor Booths, between 9 am and 12 pm on Saturday, April 6.

Smash tournaments will once again be held alongside Gamers for Giving through Diamond Dust, an event run by the same Ann Arbor Smash community that previously hosted Bahamut and Phoenix Down. Register on Start.gg to join the Smash Ultimate Singles or Doubles brackets.

Note that registration and venue fees for Diamond Dust is NOT included with Gamers for Giving LAN tickets, although GFG attendees are invited to spectate for no entry fee. You can join the group’s Discord or follow them on X (Twitter) for more info.

Free Play and Booths

Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 will be available for all General Ticket holders or above in the auxiliary gym from 9 am Saturday through the end of the LAN party.

Board Games will be set up for newbies and veterans to enjoy in the Lounge area from 9 am Saturday through the end of the LAN party.

Sponsor booths and the GFG store will be open for attendees to interact from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
