2023 Ticket Info

2023 marks the 15th anniversary of Gamers for Giving. We can’t wait to celebrate with you next March and make an impact for hospitalized families.

As mentioned in our announcement blog, next year’s event will have two components: an online streaming marathon, as well as (the return of) our annual LAN party.

The stream marathon will begin on March 20th and last until March 26th. Gamers from across the internet are invited to participate and stream in support of Gamers Outreach programs. If you’d like a head start on creating a fundraising campaign, you can do so on Tiltify by clicking here. We’re also planning to release fun stream assets and alerts to support your broadcasts. Be on the lookout for those to drop in early March!

Our LAN party will take place on Saturday, March 25th & Sunday, March 26th, alongside the final two days of online streams. Early venue access on March 24th will also be available for certain tickets.* The venue will remain open throughout the entirety of the evening for attendees. Many attendees game late into the night, even bringing sleeping bags to camp at their computers!

The LAN is our way to celebrate the incredible impact made by the community - and together, look forward to the year of activity ahead. The LAN is a BYOC (bring your own computer) event. We plan to organize an assortment of tournaments and activities for attendees, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Tournaments will take place across Saturday and Sunday.

Spectator Pass | FREE!

Spectating at Gamers for Giving is free! You can also select this option if you’re a press member interested in covering the event. If you’d like to contribute, you can donate online or at the Gamers Outreach booth within the venue.

General Ticket | $45

The General Seating Ticket provides you with one seat in our BYOC LAN party. Attendees who purchase this ticket can access the venue on Saturday, March 25th, at 9 AM Eastern Time. Each seat comes with…

2 power outlets (one for your monitor, the second for your computer).
Internet connectivity (you'll need to bring an ethernet cable - preferably 25 feet).
A chair.
3 feet of table space (if your monitor is larger than 27 inches, please buy two tickets to prevent interfering with your neighbor's space).
1 raffle ticket (for giveaways conducted during the event).
Eligibility to participate in any of our tournaments/activities.

Enhanced Ticket | $90*

The Enhanced Seating Ticket provides early access to the venue starting Friday, March 24th at 6 PM Eastern. Purchasing this ticket means you get an entire extra evening of gaming and early access to signing up for tournaments. All our planned activities will take place on Saturday & Sunday, so this ticket also gives you plenty of time to set up your gear without needing to rush on Saturday morning. A chair.
6 feet of table space (you'll have an entire table to yourself)!

Private Suite | $5,000

The Private Suite is a totally new experience we’re offering at Gamers for Giving. With this ticket, you can reserve one of the stadium’s executive lounges (overlooking the LAN party) for the ultimate gaming environment. Ball out on your own or with a group of friends. A total of 6 suites will be available. Each suite comfortably fits 6 people, 8 people if you feel like getting cozy. Here’s what’s included…

Seating for 6 - 8 people's gaming setups.
16 - 20 power outlets to accommodate PCs.
Chairs/tables provided (you can configure the layout of the suite as you wish).
A dedicated network switch (you'll have your own switch during the event).
*Friday venue access. Entry to the venue will be permitted starting at 6 PM Eastern Time.
Up to 8 GFG hoodies (swag for you and your crew).
Snack cart service (a snack cart will make rounds during the event offering free treats).
Private security. A security guard will be posted around your suite, limiting access to designated badge holders only.
Select concierge service. A dedicated staffer will be able to run basic errands on your behalf such as retrieving food deliveries, making a coffee run, etc.
Private venue entrance/exit.
GO Kart for a preferred hospital (we'll allocate a GO Kart towards a hospital of your preference).
15 raffle tickets per person (up to 8 people).
Guild banner hung above the suite. We'll hang a banner along the railing of your suite with your guild logo/emblem/colors to make your presence known.

Pre-sale tickets will be available for members of The GRID on Wednesday, January 25th. Tickets for the general public will go on sale Friday, January 27th.
